blended training program 22\/3 &#8211; 28\/3\/2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The contribution of sport and physical exercise is vital to a wide range of long-term benefits for the mental and physical health of individuals in addiction recovery.<br \/>\nSport is one of the environments that can provide the right context for behavior change for individuals in addiction recovery.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the RACE4LIFE blended training program was to support sports trainers in the implementation of a sport-based protocol for behavior change during SUD recovery.<\/p>\n<p>Three days of online training and two days of in-person instruction in Barcelona comprised the Race4Life blended training program. 24 sports trainers from Greece, Italy, Spain, Norway, and Ireland participated in the training.<\/p>\n<p>The RACE4LIFE blended training program was held from 22\/3 &#8211; 28\/3\/2023<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/race4life.rtsport.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Training-Schedule.pdf\">Training Schedule<\/a> <a
