This course is part of the EU projects Erasmus+ Sport Reintegration Through Sport, Reintegration Through Sport Plus, and RACE4LIFE, initiatives in which A-larm Norge actively participates. Over three intensive days, 25 participants engaged in a comprehensive program that included theoretical, practical, and physical exercises. They explored various topics, such as:<\/p>\n

- Creating lasting change in personal and others’ recovery processes through physical activity.<\/li>\n
- Understanding the dynamics of internal and external motivation in training.<\/li>\n
- Identifying factors that influence motivation for physical activity.<\/li>\n
- Facilitating long-term enjoyment of exercise.<\/li>\n
- Participating in practical and physical group exercises that highlighted the interplay between individual and group-based processes in sports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The course was a resounding success, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose. Plans are already in motion to build on this momentum with new service offerings, low-threshold activities, peer support work, and collaborative projects.<\/p>\n
