Reintegration Through Sport: top-ranked promising good practices in the field of mental health in Europe for 2024

Following an invitation from the European Union entitled “Call for Best and Promising Practices on Mental Health: Towards a Comprehensive Approach to Mental Health,” KETHEA submitted the good practice entitled: “Reintegration Through Sport”, which includes the results produced by the RTS+ & RACE4LIFE /Erasmus+ programs in the field of sport.
The good practice has been rewarded by the European Union as one of the top-ranked promising good practices in the field of mental health. This fact, in addition to recognizing the high quality of the results obtained, confirms the potential that sport can have in the field of addictions and rewards the perseverance and effort made by all those involved in the implementation of the projects.
KETHEA presented the objectives, methodology, and results of the RTS practice at an expert meeting of Member States in 11-13 March.
